One product page, one answer, whole
A score is one number. An answer is a sentence.
A visibility score measures a store, which is a fair thing to measure. An assistant's answer is about one product, in particular words, for the particular question that was asked. Those are two different units, and Proxwis sends the second one.
One answer belongs to one question, one product and one day. That is the reason to read it whole: a figure that stands for many answers cannot show you the wording of any single one.
What arrives
One public product page in, and what came back goes to your inbox: the question as it was put, the answer as it was given, and the date.

The answer is passed on as it came back, without editing. It describes one answer on one day, and it makes no claim about any other day or any other assistant.
Send one product page
The page is opened and shown back to you, you confirm it, then you say where the answer should go.
Before you send
- One public product-page address is all Proxwis asks of the store. No login is handed over, no private store data, and no account permission.
- An email address is asked for after the page is confirmed, so the answer has somewhere to arrive.
- Nothing is installed and nothing is connected, so there is no store connection left for you to withdraw.
- Wrong page? Change it before sending. A replacement is opened and confirmed first.
Beyond the first page
The first product page is read at no charge. Pages after it run the same way, one at a time, for the pages you choose to send. Every answer carries the day it was asked.

This page describes what Proxwis takes in at proxwis.com, what it does with it, and what you can ask for.
What is taken in
The product-page address you enter and the email address you enter. Also the routine technical details every browser sends with a request, among them the IP address, the browser identification and the time, which are written to server logs.
The session
Bringing up a page and then submitting it are two halves of one request, and a same-domain session cookie may be set to hold them together. No advertising or profiling cookie is set by this page.
What it is for
To prepare the report you asked for and send it to you, to reply to anything you write, and to run and protect the site. Related messages about the service may also go out, and writing to contact@proxwis.com stops those.
Who else handles it
Suppliers handling hosting, page rendering, storage, automation, security and email delivery may process it on our behalf, and so may anyone the law obliges us to disclose it to. Your email address is not published.
How long
As long as the uses above still call for it, and as long as the law requires it to be kept.
Asking us
Write to contact@proxwis.com to ask what is held or to stop the messages. This page can be revised, and the date at the top marks the version in force.
Refunds on paid work
Effective 11 August 2026
Paid work from Proxwis is refundable in full for 30 days after payment. Ask by writing to contact@proxwis.com inside those 30 days, quoting the order or payment reference. Never send card numbers by email. The first report is prepared without payment, so nothing arises to refund on it.

The service
Proxwis asks an AI assistant about one public product page and sends the answer, the question used and the date to the email address you give. The report describes one answer on one day. It carries no promise about ranking, placement, traffic, revenue or any later outcome, and it says nothing about how a product page performs in search.
Your side
That the address you submit is a public product page you are entitled to pass on, and that the site is not used for anything unlawful.
Alterations
The service may be altered or paused at any time. Questions about these terms go to contact@proxwis.com.
